Known Issues Using GoalTrak Web Based Software

  • Using the Safari browser on a Mac computer will cause erratic behavior when making annotations to a goal or uploading documents for a goal. After the annotation is saved or the document uploaded, the browser will sometimes return the user to the "Create a New Goal" page instead of the goal page from whence the user made the annotation or uploaded the document. When this happens, the database is secure and the user can return to the goal by clicking on the goal from the View Goals page.
  • Using the FireFox browser during the creation of a measurable criterion in the "Criterion Data Entry" window, a user will infrequently encounter a problem selecting a Frequency from the dropdown box using their mouse. If this happens, place the cursor in the dropdown box and use the arrow keys to open the dropdown list and make a selection. Alternatively, the user can place the cursor in the dropdown box and use the letter keys to select a Frequency; M for monthly, W for weekly and so on.
  • Users with a Linux operating system do not have the ability to print a Dashboard.
  • On the View Goal page when displaying results for a rate criterion, the average difference reported at the bottom of the "Difference" column is actually the difference between the average of the actuals and the average of the targets. The average difference is being properly report on the Results Management page.
We will report the resolution of these Known Issues in our release email after each new release. If there are any other known issues that you have encountered and feel they should be on this list, please contact us at:
